Parts Town Acquires Dayton Appliance Parts

ADDISON, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Parts Town, the global market leader in foodservice equipment parts distribution, has acquired the assets of Dayton Appliance Parts Co., a leading Midwest distributor of residential appliance parts. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Headquartered in Dayton Ohio, Dayton Appliance Parts Co. has been family owned and operated since 1937. The company operates from twelve locations in three states and features extensive inventory of OEM parts for over 100 leading residential appliance manufacturers. Importantly, Dayton’s employees are some of the most experienced and knowledgeable in the industry.
