NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Kramer Levin today announced that Barry Berke has returned to the firm following his historic assignment as Chief Impeachment Counsel. Mr. Berke served as lead counsel for the U.S. House of Representatives in the Senate impeachment trial of the former President of the United States.
