Aria Systems Announces Appointment of Barry Zwarenstein to Its Board of Directors

Accomplished and award-winning financial executive brings leadership and experience to Aria as company accelerates growth

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Aria Systems, the leader in helping enterprises grow subscription and usage-based revenue, today announced that Barry Zwarenstein has been appointed as an independent member to its Board of Directors. Zwarenstein is chief financial officer of Five9 (FIVN), a leading provider of cloud contact center solutions, and recipient of the 2019 Bay Area CFO of the Year Award for the small-to-medium public company category.

The addition of Zwarenstein comes as Aria continues its high-growth trajectory. Zwarenstein brings more than 35 years of financial leadership in the technology space to Aria’s Board. He has served as CFO of Five9 since January 2012 and has been the CFO of several companies, including Iomega Corporation and Mellanox Technologies. During his career, Zwarenstein has managed successful IPOs at Five9, Logitech and VeriFone and played a significant role in the $635M sale of SMART Modular Technologies to Silver Lake Partners and the $700M sale of Acuson to Siemens Health Care.
