Oppenheimer initiated coverage on GoPro (NASDAQ: GPRO) with an Underperform rating and a price target of $45.00.
The analyst said while the company should be commended for its products, its brand, and the market it created, Act 2 - moving beyond action/adventure video capture - will prove more challenging. The underperform rating is based on 1) a shrinking growth outlook; 2) unrealistic expectations; and 3) valuation.
