JPMorgan upgraded Canadian Solar (NASDAQ: CSIQ) from Underweight to Neutral with a price target of $15.00 (from $17.00).
Analyst Paul Coster lowers his estimates to better reflect China policy changes but goes to Neutral as the risks to the company appear priced in. Coster says the risk/reward appears balanced now as the challenging fundamentals may be offset by planned project sales, scaling back on capacity expansion as well the CEO's take-private bid.
