JPMorgan downgraded TriNet Group (NYSE: TNET) from Neutral to Underweight with a price target of $36.00 (from $33.00).

Analyst Tien-tsin Huan cites the strong performance YTD of the stock and believes that there is significant execution risk in H2 2017 as the company migrates clients technology platforms, specifically concerns regarding retention.
