Baird upgraded WhiteHorse Finance (NASDAQ: WHF) from Neutral to Outperform with a price target of $15.00.
Analyst Bryce Rowe the weakness is shares since the equity offering appears overdone. He says the dilution to net interest income and share dilution is modest. He likes that management has been executing on their plans and believes the stock could trade at 9% of net asset value.
FY 2017 EPS estimate falls from $1.49 to $1.45 and FY 2018 EPS estimate falls from $1.50 to $1.49.
