Under Armour Inc (UAA) Announces Departure of Chief People and Administrative Officer Tchernavia Rocker

On April 11, 2024, Tchernavia Rocker, currently Chief People and Administrative Officer of Under Armour Inc (NYSE: UAA) and a named executive officer in the Company’s most recent proxy statement, informed the Company that she will be leaving the Company effective June 1, 2024 for personal reasons. Ms. Rocker joined the Company in February 2019 as the Chief People and Culture Officer, becoming Chief People and Administrative Officer in June 2020.
