at 12:56 PM Disagree PDX's only growth is through acquisitions...they no longer have any cash to continue acquisitions and maybe not even enough to meet operating cash needs. In addition, because of the new line of credit they contractually are not allowed to give any dividends for the next five years. Doesn't sound like the kind of company I want to be putting money in with the given market. Why not get some income from your investments...say a 7% DIV yield availabe with a lot of strong companies that have the cash to weather the storm.
