About Time! Great to see the Federally owned entity is actually getting off their butts and fighting for the tax payers best interests finally--almost too late. Nice to see these folks have developed a conscience about protecting the taxpayers.

Thank You GSE's I will disclose that I am an appraiser. http://www.indianaappraisals.com I think this is exactly what needs to happen. Many banks had to know good and well what they were loading the GSE's with. They would not have written the loans in the first place if they had to keep them. You do not see equivalent default rates in credit unions or shelf lenders.

Publish revised model Their report was wrong. After a Bronte Capital Blog showed the flaws in his analysis he corrects his assumptions. New report out today. Of course the media won't pick up on his poor analysis. Unreal
