at 06:20 PM ameren dividend Since Ameren sold shares and raised $529 MILLION why don't thery pay the old dividend rate of .635 per share per quarter?

at 02:04 PM Figures don't lie but liars can figure "as it raked in profits of $622 million" Based upon how much in expenses. What was the profit margin...6-7% maybe or what? If IL had not allow the infrastructure to fall apart years ago the existing utilities would not need to spend so much money on fixing it up. Was that included in the model? It kill me when here someone complain about reliability and building infrastructure for the future and then turn around and complain how much it costs. You can't have your cake and eat it too...
