Deutsche Bank Downgrades CreXus Investment Corp. (CXS) to Hold
November 12, 2012 4:46 PM ESTDeutsche Bank downgraded CreXus Investment Corp. (NYSE: CXS) from Buy to Hold with a price target of $12.50 (from $12.00) following today's proposed buyout.
"We do not expect any other bidders to emerge and expect CXS to accept Annaly's offer," the firm said.... More
