Modine Completes Acquisition of Luvata Heat Transfer Solutions
November 30, 2016 12:04 PM ESTRACINE, Wis., Nov. 30, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Modine Manufacturing Company (NYSE: MOD), a diversified global leader in thermal management technology and solutions, announced today the completion of its previously disclosed agreement to purchase Luvata Heat Transfer Solutions (HTS). The agreement to acquire the company was announced on September 6, 2016. The purchase price was approximately $418 million.
