Texas Capital Bancshares, Inc. Announces Common Stock Offering
November 28, 2016 4:04 PM ESTDALLAS, Nov. 28, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Texas Capital Bancshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: TCBI) announced today an underwritten public offering of 3.0 million shares of common stock to the public. The Company expects to close the sale of the shares of common stock on December 2, 2016, subject to customary closing conditions. The underwriters will have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 450,000 shares of common stock from the Company.
