Bridge Bancorp (BDGE) to Offer $50M in Common Stock
November 21, 2016 4:05 PM ESTBridge Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq: BDGE) commenced an underwritten public offering of approximately $50.0 million of its common stock. The Company also expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the shares sold in the offering.
