Agria Corporation Files Notice to Review NYSE Delisting
November 22, 2016 7:00 AM ESTAUCKLAND, NEW ZEALAND -- (Marketwired) -- 11/22/16 -- Agria Corporation (NYSE: GRO) ("Agria" or "the Company") announced today that on November 17, 2016, it filed a notice (the "Notice") requesting a Committee of the Board of Directors of the New York Stock Exchange (the "NYSE") to review the decision by the NYSE to delist the American Depositary Shares ("ADSs") of Agria traded on the NYSE.
