BD Board Increases Dividend
November 21, 2016 4:15 PM ESTFRANKLIN LAKES, N.J., Nov. 21, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company) (NYSE: BDX) has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.73 cents per common share, an increase of 10.6 percent from the previous quarter. The dividend will be payable on December 30, 2016 to holders of record on December 9, 2016.  The indicated annual dividend rate for fiscal year 2017 is $2.92 per share.
