NEWTOWN SQUARE, Pa. & DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Sunoco Logistics Partners L.P. (NYSE: SXL) and Energy Transfer Partners, L.P. (NYSE: ETP) today announced that they have entered into a merger agreement providing for the acquisition of ETP by SXL in a unit-for-unit transaction.
