iRobot Acquires Japanese Distribution Business from Sales on Demand Corporation

(NASDAQ: IRBT), a leader in consumer home robotics products, today announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the iRobot-related distribution business of privately-held Sales On Demand Corporation (SODC) based in Tokyo, Japan.
