National Beverage Corp. Announces Special Dividend for FIZZ Shareholders
November 18, 2016 2:00 PM ESTFORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- National Beverage Corp. (NASDAQ: FIZZ) today stated that with revenues and cash flow growing exponentially, its Board of Directors has considered a range of options to maximize shareholder returns.
As a first step in this program, the Company has declared a cash dividend of $1.50 per share to shareholders of record on November 28, 2016. Payment date for this distribution shall be on or before January 27, 2017.
