(NASDAQ: MFSF), the holding company of MutualBank, has announced the Company will pay a cash dividend of $.16 per share for the fourth quarter of 2016. This dividend represents a 14.3% increase. The dividend will be payable on December 23, 2016 to shareholders of record on December 9, 2016.
