Valley National Bancorp Declares Its Regular Quarterly Preferred Stock And Common Stock Dividends
November 17, 2016 3:27 PM ESTWAYNE, N.J., Nov. 17, 2016 /PRNewswire/ --Â Valley National Bancorp (NYSE: VLY)("Valley"), the holding company for Valley National Bank, announced today that a preferred stock cash dividend of $0.390625 per share will be paid December 30, 2016 to shareholders of record on December 9, 2016 on its 6.25% Fixed-To-Floating Rate Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock Series A.Â
