Party City Announces Third Quarter 2016 Financial Results and Brand Comparable Sales for Fiscal October 2016
November 10, 2016 7:00 AM ESTELMSFORD, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Party City Holdco Inc. (NYSE: PRTY) today announced its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2016 and brand comparable sales for fiscal October 2016.
For the quarter ended September 30, 2016 the Company reported total revenues of $557 million, up 0.3% from the prior year period or up 1.7% on a constant currency basis. Income from operations increased 17.3% to $36.9 million and adjusted EBITDA (see "Non-GAAP Information") increased 13.4% to $66.0 million.
