(NYSE: SLCA) announced today that it has priced an underwritten public offering of 9,000,000 shares of U.S. Silica common stock for total gross proceeds of $416,250,000. The underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,350,000 shares of common stock.
U.S. Silica intends to use the net proceeds of the offering for general corporate purposes including the potential acquisition of complementary businesses or assets. The offering is expected to close on November 16, 2016, subject to customary... More

(NYSE: SLCA) announced today that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of 9,000,000 shares of U.S. Silica common stock. The underwriters will be granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,350,000 shares of common stock.
