Hertz Global Holdings Reports Third Quarter 2016 Financial Results

(NYSE: HTZ) ("Hertz Global" or the "Company") today reported third quarter 2016 net income from continuing operations of $44 million, or $0.52 per diluted share, compared with net income from continuing operations of $217 million, or $2.38 per diluted share, during the same period last year. On an adjusted basis, the Company reported net income for the third quarter 2016 of $134 million, or $1.58 per diluted share, compared with net income of $182 million, or $2.00 per diluted share, in the third quarter 2015.
