Verizon completes acquisition of Fleetmatics
November 7, 2016 7:59 AM ESTNEW YORK, Nov. 7, 2016 /PRNewswire/ --Â Verizon Communications Inc. (NYSE, Nasdaq: VZ) today announced completion of its $2.4 billion acquisition of Fleetmatics Group PLC for $60.00 per share in cash.
