B&G Foods Increases Quarterly Dividend by 10.7 Percent
November 3, 2016 6:53 PM EDTPARSIPPANY, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- B&G Foods, Inc. (NYSE: BGS) announced today that its Board of Directors has increased the Companys quarterly cash dividend rate by 10.7% from $0.42 per share of common stock to $0.465 per share of common stock. On an annualized basis, the dividend increases from $1.68 per share to $1.86 per share. The quarterly dividend declared today is payable on January 30, 2017 to shareholders of record as of December 30, 2016.... More
