Yum China (YUMC) Completes Separation From Yum! Brands (YUM)
November 1, 2016 6:31 AM EDTYum China Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: YUMC) today announced that it has completed its separation from Yum! Brands, Inc. (NYSE: YUM). Yum China will begin trading "regular way" as an independent company today on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) under the ticker symbol "YUMC."
"After 30 years in China, we are incredibly excited to begin a new chapter as an independent company focused on growth in China," said Yum China CEO Micky Pant.
