Sales of $292.2 million increased 0.8%, on a constant currency basis (-1.1% organic, 1.9% acquisition) Operating earnings (GAAP) were $29.1 million; Adjusted EBITDA (non-GAAP) increased 0.6% to $54.3 million Diluted EPS (GAAP) of $0.10; Diluted adjusted EPS (non-GAAP) of $0.36 Cash flow from operations of $11.4 million drove free cash flow of $1.5 million, a $10.2 million increase versus $(8.7) million in the prior year
