Macatawa Bank Corporation Declares Dividend
October 31, 2016 8:00 AM EDTHOLLAND, Mich., Oct. 31, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Macatawa Bank Corporation (Nasdaq: MCBC) (the "Company" or "Macatawa") today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.03 per share on its common stock to be paid on November 29, 2016 to shareholders of record on November 14, 2016.
This dividend is consistent with past quarters and reflects the Companys continued performance and commitment to provide a measured return to the shareholders.
