October 28, 2016 9:01 AM EDTBEDMINSTER, NJ -- (Marketwired) -- 10/28/16 -- Peapack-Gladstone Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: PGC) (the "Corporation" or the "Company") recorded record net income of $19.17 million and diluted earnings per share of $1.17 for the nine months ended September 30, 2016, compared to $15.63 million and $1.02, respectively, for the same nine month period last year, reflecting increases of $3.54 million or 23 percent, and $0.15 per share, or 15 percent, respectively.
