Oceaneering Reports Third Quarter 2016 Results
October 27, 2016 6:06 PM EDTHOUSTON, Oct. 27, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Oceaneering International, Inc. ("Oceaneering") (NYSE: OII) today reported a net loss of $11.8 million, or $(0.12) per share, on revenue of $549 million for the three months ended September 30, 2016. Adjusted net income was $16.6 million, or $0.17 per share, excluding $43.6 million of pre-tax charges recognized during the quarter and the related tax effects of those charges. These charges included $36.0 million related to the Remotely Operated Vehicles ("ROV") segment and $8.2 million related to the Subsea Products segment.
