(the Company) (NASDAQ: LSBK), the holding company for Lake Shore Savings Bank (the Bank), announced that the Companys Board of Directors approved a $0.07 per share cash dividend on its common stock, payable on November 21, 2016, to shareholders of record as of November 10, 2016. Based on the Companys closing stock price of $14.31 on October 25, 2016, the implied dividend yield for the Companys common stock is currently 1.96%.
