Lake Shore Bancorp, Inc. Announces Third Quarter 2016 Dividend
October 26, 2016 2:03 PM EDTDUNKIRK, N.Y., Oct. 26, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Lake Shore Bancorp, Inc. (the Company) (NASDAQ: LSBK), the holding company for Lake Shore Savings Bank (the Bank), announced that the Companys Board of Directors approved a $0.07 per share cash dividend on its common stock, payable on November 21, 2016, to shareholders of record as of November 10, 2016. Based on the Companys closing stock price of $14.31 on October 25, 2016, the implied dividend yield for the Companys common stock is currently 1.96%.
