Collegium Prices Public Offering of $80 million of Common Stock

Collegium Announces Proposed Public Offering of Common Stock
October 25, 2016 4:02 PM EDTCANTON, Mass., Oct. 25, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Collegium Pharmaceutical, Inc. (Nasdaq: COLL) today announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of shares of its common stock. All of the shares in the offering are being sold by Collegium. In addition, Collegium has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the shares of its common stock offered in the public offering.
