China Biologic Acquires Full Ownership of Guizhou Taibang

(NASDAQ: CBPO, "China Biologic" or the "Company"), a leading fully integrated plasma-based biopharmaceutical company in China, today announced that Guizhou Taibang Biological Products Co. Ltd.
