Liberty Property Trust (LPT) Tops Q3 FFO by 20c
October 25, 2016 7:49 AM EDTLiberty Property Trust (NYSE: LPT) reported Q3 FFO of $0.86, $0.20 better than the analyst estimate of $0.66. Revenue for the quarter came in at $190.86 million versus the consensus estimate of $188.3 million.
