West Marine Reports Third Quarter 2016 Results
October 25, 2016 4:00 PM EDTWATSONVILLE, Calif., Oct. 25, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- West Marine, Inc. (NASDAQ: WMAR) today reported financial results for the third quarter ended October 1, 2016. The company reported net revenues of $191.9 million in the quarter, a decrease of 1.3% compared to the same period last year. Comparable store sales increased 0.2% year-over-year. Pre-tax income was $7.4 million, compared to pre-tax income of $8.6 million last year in the same period. Earnings per diluted share decreased 5 cents to 15 cents per share.
