New Mountain Finance Corporation Commences Offering of 5,000,000 Shares of Common Stock
October 24, 2016 4:13 PM EDTNEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- New Mountain Finance Corporation (the Company) (NYSE: NMFC) announced today that it has commenced an underwritten offering of 5,000,000 shares of its common stock. In connection with the proposed offering, the Company intends to grant the underwriters for the offering an option to purchase up to an additional 750,000 shares of the Companys common stock.
