Opus Bank Announces Third Quarter 2016 Results
October 24, 2016 7:00 AM EDTIRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Opus Bank ("Opus") (NASDAQ: OPB) announced today a net loss of $3.0 million, or $(0.09) per diluted share, for the third quarter of 2016 compared to net income of $16.1 million, or $0.46 per diluted share, for the second quarter of 2016 and net income of $14.7 million, or $0.44 per diluted share, for the third quarter of 2015. Net income was $30.4 million, or $0.87 per diluted share, for the nine months ended September 30, 2016 compared to $43.3 million, or $1.30 per diluted share, for the nine months ended September 30, 2015.
