Pinnacle West Increases Quarterly Dividend

PHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Pinnacle West Capital Corporations (NYSE: PNW) Board of Directors voted today to raise the Companys dividend by 4.8 percent, or 12 cents per common share annually. This action will result in an indicated annual dividend of $2.62 per share or $0.655 per share quarterly. The declared dividend is payable December 1, 2016, to shareholders of record on November 1, 2016.
