USA Compression Partners Announces Third Quarter 2016 Distribution; Third Quarter 2016 Earnings Release and Conference Call Scheduled for November 8
October 20, 2016 4:30 PM EDTAUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- USA Compression Partners, LP (NYSE: USAC) (the Partnership) today announced a cash distribution of $0.525 per common unit for the third quarter of 2016, which corresponds to an annualized distribution rate of $2.10 per unit, flat from the second quarters distribution rate. The distribution will be paid on November 14, 2016, to unitholders of record as of the close of business on November 4, 2016.
