Prologis (PLD) Reports Q3 FFO of $0.73; Boosts FY16 FFO Outlook
October 20, 2016 8:02 AM EDTPrologis (NYSE: PLD) reported Q3 FFO of $0.73, versus $0.58 reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $705 million, versus $581 million reported last year.
GUIDANCE:
Prologis sees FY2016 FFO of $2.56-$2.57, versus prior guidance of $2.52-$2.56.
