NVR, Inc. Announces Third Quarter Results
October 20, 2016 9:00 AM EDTRESTON, Va., Oct. 20, 2016 /PRNewswire/ --Â NVR, Inc. (NYSE: NVR), one of the nation's largest homebuilding and mortgage banking companies, announced net income for its third quarter ended September 30, 2016 of $117,392,000, or $28.46 per diluted share. Net income and diluted earnings per share for the third quarter ended September 30, 2016 increased by 1% and 5%, respectively, when compared to the third quarter of 2015. Consolidated revenues for the third quarter of 2016 totaled $1,537,569,000, a 10% increase from $1,402,351,000 for the comparable 2015 quarter.
For the nine months ended September 30, 2016, consolidated revenues were $4,069,778,000, 13% higher than the $3,603,733,000 reported for the same period of 2015.... More
