Fitch Affirms Transocean Inc. at 'B+'; Outlook Negative
October 10, 2016 1:27 PM EDTCHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Fitch Ratings has affirmed Transocean Inc.'s (Transocean; NYSE: RIG) Long-Term Issuer Default Rating (IDR) at 'B+'. In addition, Fitch rates Transocean Phoenix 2 Limited's Long-Term IDR 'B+' and senior secured notes 'BB-'/'RR3'. The Rating Outlook remains Negative. Approximately $8.7 billion of debt, excluding the outstanding Eksportfinans loans, is affected by today's rating actions.
