Coupa Software Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering
October 5, 2016 8:00 PM EDTSAN MATEO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Coupa Software Incorporated (Coupa) today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 7,400,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $18.00 per share. The shares are expected to begin trading on the NASDAQ Global Market on October 6, 2016 under the ticker symbol COUP. The offering is expected to close on October 11, 2015, subject to customary closing conditions.
Coupa has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1,110,000 additional shares to cover over-allotments, if any.
