Acacia Communications (ACIA) Prices 4.5M Common Stock Follow-on at $100/Share

(Nasdaq: ACIA) announced the pricing of its follow-on public offering of 4,500,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $100.00 per share. The offering consists of 1,210,302 shares from Acacia Communications and 3,289,698 shares from certain existing stockholders. In addition, the underwriters have also been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 675,000 shares of common stock from certain of the selling stockholders.
