Mimecast Limited Announces Pricing of Secondary Offering

Mimecast Limited (NASDAQ: MIME), a leading provider of next generation cloud security and risk management services for corporate information and email, today announced the pricing of a registered secondary public offering of 4,000,000 ordinary shares at a price of $16.50 per share. The underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 600,000 ordinary shares at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
