(NYSE: GSBD) announced that it has agreed to sell in an offering of $100 million aggregate principal amount of 4.50% convertible notes due 2022 (the Convertible Notes). The Company has also granted the initial purchasers an option to purchase up to an additional $15 million aggregate principal amount of the Convertible Notes to cover over-allotments, if any.
