September 27, 2016 8:40 AM EDTHAMILTON, Bermuda, Sept. 27, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Nordic American Tankers Limited (the "Company") today announced the pricing of its previously announced underwritten public offering pursuant to the Company's effective shelf registration statement. The Company agreed to sell 11,000,000 common shares at a public offering price of $10.00 per share. At the Companys request, the underwriters have reserved for sale an aggregate of 534,000 common shares to all of the members of the Companys board of directors, certain members of the Companys management, and all of the Companys advisors at the public offering price.
