Mimecast Limited Announces Launch of Secondary Offering
September 26, 2016 4:10 PM EDTWatertown, MA, Sept. 26, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Mimecast Limited (NASDAQ: MIME), a leading provider of next generation cloud security and risk management services for corporate information and email, today announced the launch of a registered secondary public offering of 4,000,000 ordinary shares. The underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 600,000 ordinary shares at the public offering price. All of the shares are being sold by Mimecasts shareholders. Mimecast will not receive any proceeds from the sale of these shares.
